Yes, you can receive up to $400.00 simply by following these guidelines:

• You and your fiancé complete and pay for the Premarital Mentoring package.
• You and your fiancé complete the Prepare-Enrich on-line assessment.
• You and your fiancé complete at least 6 sessions with a mentor couple.
  • For each couple, referred by you, who successfully finishes the criteria above, you will receive $50.00 from us.
  • The referrals must be within six-months of your program completion
  • Maximum referral is $400.00
• Submit your referral by filling out the form below.
